This exquisite herbal steam treatment will leave you feeling clear, rejuvenated and deeply moisturized. Medicinal herbs such as lavender, chamomile, bay leaf, eucalyptus, rosemary and lemongrass help to clear the channels, relax the muscles and nurture the senses. This treatment aids in the elimination of toxins and is beneficial for stiffness, coughs, pain in the ears, neck or head, edema (swelling) and promotes deep relaxation. An oil application precedes this steam, or the steam therapy may be added after an Abhyanga treatment.

This treatment focuses on reducing tension and reviving energy in the face and head - places of deeply held stress that result in facial lines and pressure. The treatment begins with a gentle massage and exfoliation to the face using raw silk gloves. Followed by marma therapy, which focuses on applying light pressure to specific areas of energy in the face and head to balance the flow of prana (life force energy). Steam is applied through the use of hot towels and the face is cleansed, detoxified, toned and moisturized through the application of all-natural Ayurvedic products containing the healing benefits of the Earth. This transformative therapy is a combination of Abhyanga, Shirodhara and Swedana, and takes the mind, body and spirit on an inner journey of relaxation and mental purification thereby encouraging a deep remembrance of balance, wellness and peace. Each therapy flows seamlessly into the next. Please bring a glass container that will hold approximately 2.5 cups as we provide you with the organic herbal oil to take home after your treatment for use on body and hair. Your hair will be oily following the treatment so please dress appropriately. You may want to bring an old hat or scarf. We recommend eating light before your appointment and being well hydrated.

*Please wear comfortable clothing that can get oily. For treatments that include Shirodhara, bring a 3 cup glass jar for the oil, which can be used at home on the body and the hair. You may also want to bring an old hat or bandanna. We suggest a light meal and plenty of water before all of our Ayurvedic treatments.

A microcurrent facial has all the elements of a traditional facial, in addition to your esthetician using a small electrical wand around your face, which passes painless current into the skin on your face and neck to help tone, lift, firm, and reeducate tired muscles, It stimulates your cells and promotes production of ATP, a molecule found in cells that stores and transports energy which assists with collagen, elastin production, and cell regeneration. The anti-aging benefits are hard to beat - in fact, this treatment has been referred to as a “non-invasive facelift”. Microcurrent facials can help to “lift and tone cheeks and brows, tighten jawline, improve circulation and elasticity, diminish swelling under the eyes, and more. Like many other facial treatments, the results are cumulative, so the more you micro, the better. Still, you can expect a noticeably brighter, overall healthier, and younger-looking complexion after just one treatment. Microcurrent facials are suitable for all skin types. Our signature Life on Mars Curbside Peel treatment leaves skin naturally renewed and refreshed when you need a quick pick me up. Our peel contains papain enzymes as well as lactic and fruit acids to break down dead skin cells to reveal diminished pores, firmness and a brighter complexion. Followed by a nourishing mask and face and hand massage with essential oils to stimulate the senses and bring balance to body and spirit.

Soothing and invigorating, the Esthemax Hydro Jelly Treatment contains tea tree and matcha extract, a highly effective combination of ingredients to calm redness, swelling, and inflammation. It also helps to reduce the appearance of acne and to remove surface oils without over-drying or causing irritation.

Sacred Offerings

Some things cannot be described and simply need to be experienced. This sacred self-care healing session is one of those things. Each treatment is uniquely tailored to your energetic needs and may include a variety of Reiki, sound, and crystal healing to reduce tension, alleviate pain and free emotional barriers. Reiki uses gentle touch to work with and enhance the universal energy flow within, and can help you connect with your higher self, leaving you with a renewed sense of peace and well-being. Please wear comfortable clothing.

During this 75 minute session Nicole offers energy healing, in the form of reiki, along with compassionate heart healing with assistance from your angels, guides, and loved ones from the other side. As a spiritual medium, Nicole uses a combination of methods such as guided imagery, channeling, and gentle energetic release of blocked emotions during this healing experience. If you come to the session with a specific question in mind Nicole can use Angel & tarot card readings as a way to communicate messages from spirit to you. All techniques are designed to help remove any blocks due to emotional, mental, physical or spiritual stress. Acupuncture involves the insertion of needles (stainless steel, slightly thicker than a human hair) at specific points along the body to regulate energy flow, relax muscles, and calm the nervous system. Developed in China and greater Asia over thousands of years, it is an ancient therapeutic modality which taps into the body's ability to heal itself. During a session, you can expect to feel calm and relaxed as the Qi (energy) courses through your body, releasing blockages and bringing you into harmony. Acupuncture can treat many things, from energetic imbalances within body and mind, to internal diseases and orthopedic disorders. There are many different styles of acupuncture. On your initial visit, we will work together to determine which style is appropriate for you. Sessions may include cupping, Tui Na (Chinese Medical Bodywork), and an herbal consultation.
