This exquisite herbal steam treatment will leave you feeling clear, rejuvenated and deeply moisturized. This treatment aids in the elimination of toxins and is beneficial for stiffness, coughs, pain in the ears, neck or head, edema (swelling) and promotes deep relaxation. An individual Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Consultation helps you explore the ancient practices of Yoga and Ayurveda as a pathway to deep self-inquiry and healing. The initial consult is approximately 2 hours. It begins with a guided meditation and inquiry and includes a fully comprehensive evaluation covering your yoga doshas (elemental energies), practice, lifestyle and specific health concerns. After the consultation a comprehensive written report is prepared that explains your doshic constitution's (essentially, your Ayurvedic DNA) current state of imbalance. Detailed step by step recommendations are provided to give you suggestions for self-study and practice. This includes self-inquiries, yoga posture practice, breathwork and meditation along with suggested morning and evening rituals. The initial consultation includes a 30 minute follow up by phone or virtual meeting to discuss the recommendations. Follow-up appointments are recommended in order to allow your self-study and practice to evolve to meet you where you are and incite deeper self-inquiry. These appointments will begin with meditation and will evaluate any change in circumstances in order to make necessary adjustments to the initial recommendations.
