Acupuncture with Greg

Acupuncture involves the insertion of needles (stainless steel, slightly thicker than a human hair) at specific points along the body to regulate energy flow, relax muscles, and calm the nervous system.  Developed in China and greater Asia over thousands of years, it is an ancient therapeutic modality which taps into the body's ability to heal itself.   During a session, you can expect to feel calm and relaxed as the Qi (energy) courses through your body, releasing blockages and bringing you into harmony.  Acupuncture can treat many things, from energetic imbalances within body and mind, to internal diseases and orthopedic disorders. There are many different styles of acupuncture.  On your initial visit, we will work together to determine which style is appropriate for you.  Sessions may include cupping, Tui Na (Chinese Medical Bodywork), and an herbal consultation.  

Greg Radicone is a Licensed Acupuncturist with over 11 years in the field of Chinese Medicine.  For the last 9 years he has been in private practice in Antigua, Guatemala.  In addition, he has organized acupuncture clinics for large-scale sound healing and yoga retreats, and served as the Central America Program Manager for the Global Healthworks Foundation, providing acupuncture and holistic services to the communities in the rural highlands of Quiché, Guatemala.
